How will I receive my subscription?
After making a payment, you will be contacted by email within an hour with your login credentials
What’s the recommended player apps?
After subscription and get the IPTV server. For a great experience, we recommend you to use the Player apps (IPTV Smarters Pro – Smart IPTV – TiviMate – Smart One – Home IPTV – Flix IPTV – OTTPlayer – Duplex – Net IPTV – Set IPTV – Kodi – ibo Player – MyTV Online 3 – GSE Smart IPTV – LazyIPTV – XCIPTV – Televizo).
Will you renew my subscription automatically?
We will contact you by email to renew your subscription once it is about to expire
What is the internet speed required to operate the service?
We strongly recommend that you have a good internet speed, at least 8mb/sor more to run our service
How many simultaneous connections?
You are only allowed to have a single connection per IPTV subscription; otherwise, you will need to sign up for a second subscription, subject to a discount.
What if the server is not working on my device?
It is very rare for this to happen, and even if it does we can provide you with a different type of server. Even if both servers don’t work, we’ll refund your money. Don’t worry about that!
